We welcome you to our sales and tasting cellar throughout the year, Monday to Friday, 9am to 12pm and 2pm to 5.30pm, to help you discover our range of wines. Saturdays and Sundays by appointment only.

Come and taste a selection of our white and red AOC*Châteauneuf-du-Pape and Côtes-du-Rhône wines in an intimate, family atmospher.

Reservations preferred but not required, except on weekends.

By appointment only, we offer a guided tour of our winery, followed by a tasting of our wines in the cellar.

The cellar features a contemporary combination of stainless steel, concrete and wood vats. During your visit, you will also discover some genuine relics of the past.

The cellar offers a selection of 5 wines, including our prestigious Alexis Establet and Hérès AOC* Châteauneuf-du-Pape.

Enjoy a private guided tour of our cellar followed by a private vertical tasting in our very first tasting room, all in a warm and intimate atmosphere.

You will discover our Cuvée Alexis Establet through four different vintages, from the most recent to the oldest, comfortably seated with a view of our winery.

This exceptional wine is a Châteauneuf-du-Pape AOC* red, made from a selection of century-old Grenache vines.

Imaginez toucher un morceau de velours, fermer les yeux, et reconnaître dans votre verre ce que vos doigts viennent de ressentir et dévoiler le terroir. C'est exactement ce que vous vivrez lors de cet atelier géo-sensoriel — une expérience inédite, imaginée et animée par Rossenia, sommelière et ingénieure géotechnicienne, au cœur du Domaine du Grand Tinel à Châteauneuf-du-Pape. Pendant cet atelier, vous découvrirez que le terroir n'est pas une abstraction réservée aux experts : c'est une sensation concrète, que votre corps perçoit naturellement. Aucun prérequis n'est nécessaire. Cet atelier s'adresse aussi bien aux curieux qui découvrent le vin qu'aux passionnés qui souhaitent comprendre autrement ce qu'ils ressentent déjà en dégustant et pousser leurs connaissances du terroir. Pour chaque vin, vous manipulez d'abord un tissu haute couture et un échantillon de sol, avant de déguster. La révélation arrive naturellement : ce que vos mains ont perçu, votre palais le reconnaît.
